see www.rosaritobeachfrontrental.com The house is located within a gated community with 24/7 security and is right on the beach, sleeps eight comfortably (more with children and infants) with four bedrooms, three baths and two kitchens (one main and one kitchenette) on two floors, ocean views from virtually every room, patios upstairs and downstairs with furniture, charcoal grill and bar with water on upstairs patio, two satellite tvs, dvd player, video player, two fireplaces, one pellet stove, filtered drinkable water throughout the house, wireless connection to your laptop, telephone where you can make and receive calls (cells usually don't work). l5 steps off the downstairs patio and you are on the beach and can walk or run for miles either direction. Lots of games, puzzles, dvds, videos, etc. for entertainment and relaxation.. Safe community that also has a pool , tennis court, small convenience store. five minutes to rosarito with restaurants, dancing, horseback riding, etc. 20 minutes to lobster in the famous Puerto Nuevo. l hour to Ensenada for deep sea fishing. Across the street is the Real del Mar Residence Inn with golf and also a spa and very nice restaurant.
a caretaker lives on site in the casita next and is available at a convenient time ( included in the price) to clean up after breakfast, make beds, wash bath and beach towels, sweep sand away, etc.
There is a deposit of $375 to hold the house for your group, which is returned after your stay. This could be done easily through Paypal.com with a credit card or by personal check. |
