Located in one of the best places on Hilton Head Island Right on the beach (as compared to some buildings that have wide marsh between the building and the ocean) Very affordable Perfect for couples or small families with children Within the walking distance from over 80 shops, restaurants, entertainment, grocery store, fitness center, etc. Security Regular size pool (heated seasonally) Even a kiddie pool! Unit 305 is located on the third floor and has a great view of the ocean. Enjoy the ocean sounds, breathe fresh salty air and watch people walking on the beach while sitting on your private balcony. Our villa has brand new: queen sleeper in the living room bunk beds washer and dryer kitchen furniture, microwave, and dish washer tile floors flat screen TVs in the bedroom and in the living room living room furniture DVD - VCR player Villa has central air-conditioner and heater. You will even find High Speed Internet connection and some books for your entertainment. The villa sleeps 6: 4 adults and 2 children (on the bunk beds). The top bunk-bed is not recommended for children under 10 years old. There are no elevators in the Breakers, and the villa NOT-handicap accessible.
